Tend Skin Liquid is a good product for people with sensitive skin after any brand of epilator. Just follow instruction on a bottle; it’s less painful process with epilator and less irritation on the skin after it.

I’m really not sure why this isn’t more widely publicized since it works so amazingly well. I’ve been applying it twice a day for 3 days now and all the ingrown hairs I had have come to the surface and the bumps I had are nonexistent!
For those of you in the NYC area, I was surprised to find Tend Skin at Duane Reade for $11.99. Do yourself a favor and spend the 12 bucks to buy it. Unless, of course, you enjoy shaving over those razor bumps!

I don’t shave too often, so until recently I had used the more generic brand items to mitigate razor burn. I was optimistic about an upgrade, but disappointed shortly after when I used this product. It was rather abrasive, and left a light rash on my skin for about an hour after use.

African American males have shaving conditions due to the thickness and curl of their facial hair. It can and does more often then not cause horrific bumping not only on their faces, but their necks as well.My husband suffered with this condition for years and then one day we found Tend Skin. That chance encounter has done and still does wonders for my husbands face and neck. No more ingrown hairs. No more unsightly shaving bumps. No more just living with it. Tend Skin corrected it and keeps his skin smooth, clear and soft. He has been using it for 7yrs. now and it is worth every dime. Ladies, do your man a favor. Men she won’t stop touching you. This may sound like a commercial or fake statement, but it’s not. I am real, my story is real and so is TEND SKIN!!!
Magic Potion, Lightening in a Bottle it’s that and more. Try it for yourself!!!!!

I used to love this product until last weekend.
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
I have always had problems with razor burn and shaving issues overall. It used to be a disaster and I was introduced and used Tend Skin for the past two or three years now. I got a sample of Solution 2 out in the Hamptons last weekend and I could not possibly be happier. It is a significant improvement over Tend Skin–the roller ball applicator is brilliant and I have officially (thankfully) pitched my cotton ball bag. It does not sting nearly as much as Tend Skin. It smells so much better (actually pretty good!) and it works better too. I used to get very dry patches on my neck from using Tend Skin but I have had no dryness issues with Solution 2. I used to have a strict regimen using Tend Skin in order to get through my shaving procedure. Now, I roll on the Solution 2 and it’s all good:)

Why it burns
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
ingredients:isopropyl alcohol, water, propylene glycol, acetylsalicylic acid, cyclomethicone, glycerin. I’m a bikini bump person and when I saw all the alcohol I was disappointed. First of all that’s why it smells so bad and burns. I have used alcohol on my bikini line before and it didn’t work well enough to continue use but the Tend did get rid of the red spots and bump in 5 days so one of the other ingredients must be helping. I have very fine hair that just grows under the skin rather then coming through so Tend does not work completely on prevention for me but I can see how this would help daily shavers. This worked well enough to justify giving another similar and equally expensive product a try to find my perfect fit.

Only Product That Works
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I have curly hair (curly-haired people are more prone to ingrown hairs since the hair grows in at an angle) and used to have horrible, painful red bumps in my armpits, on my legs, and bikini line. I tried exfoliating scrubs (only worked for the day you used it) and using a brand new razor blade daily (didn’t change anything). Then my hair stylist recommended Tend Skin a year ago and it DID work. My armpits cleared up within days and my bikini line and legs cleared up in weeks.
As Katie has mentioned, it does have a scent to it; I think it smells like strong rubbing alcohol. But the scent goes away once it dries on your skin, so no other person will smell it.
It does sting a tiny bit, but the sting goes away quickly. The sting is no different than if you’ve ever used alcohol-based after shave on razor burn. If it really stings, you’re probably using too much Tend Skin. My guess is some of you are bathing in this stuff instead of using a small amount.
With any medication or personal beauty/hygiene product, there’s a chance you may be allergic to it or it may cause side effects (rashes, reddened skin, etc.). Just because two people on Amazon say they developed a rash, does not mean you will have any issues with Tend Skin. As always, do a spot test (like the label instructions say) before using this all over your face (or body).

Excellent product… if you give it a chance to work
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
When I first purchased this product I wasn’t all that impressed with it. After using it the first couple of times it didn’t seem to work any better than the razor bump products found at Wal-Mart for a fraction of the cost. My problem being ingrown hairs and not really razor burn, I’d shave and twease at night, put this stuff on before bed, and would wake up with significantly less swelling and redness… but the other products I’ve tried did exactly the same (Burt’s Bees, Bump Patrol, Bump Fighter, etc).
After a couple of weeks though I did notice a significant improvement over what I had seen with all the other products. My cheeks have completely cleared up and my neckline has had at least a 50% reduction in the amount of ingrowns. I still get them, but it’s no where near as bad. I’ve also been able to extend the amount of days I can go without shaving. Previously, I couldn’t go more than two days without wanting to rip my face off due to the pain of my beard growing in. Now it seems I can go three and four days before that starts to happen.
I know some people complain about the burn but, honestly, I barely feel it. Maybe my face is accustomed to these types of products since I’ve just about used them all, but I find this stuff to be pretty mild compared to some of the other popular brands.
In the end I am really happy that I stuck with this product. It took a couple of weeks to really start working but now people say they can’t even tell that I struggle with ingrown hairs on my face. It used to be pretty obvious before. I can’t recommend this stuff enough. The only reason I give it four stars, and not five, is because they promise to cure you of ingrown hairs and such. Although it’s made a huge improvement, I’m certianly not “cured”.
Don’t be put off by the fact that it takes a few weeks to completely work. An 8 oz. bottle took me three months to finish. You’ll get results within your first purchase, just not within your first use.

I am a woman that has inherited the horrible hair gene. I grow it everywhere, and have been tortured by it since childhood. When shaving thick hair I ALWAYS get razor bumps. It was inevitable, and almost as embarrassing as the hair itself. I thought this product was too good to be true, but it’s NOT. It really works, has cleared up my skin and it even makes it less oily and prone to acne. I’ve tried witch hazel and rubbing alcohol and neither worked like this. And yes, it burns for a second, but nothing anyone can’t stand. I recommend it to ANYONE! THANK YOU TEND SKIN!

Very Disappointed… NEVER had so many ingrown hairs in my life while using TEND SKIN!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
10 years ago, I started to wax my bikini area and always used Princereigns to prevent ingrowns. I never had to worry about ingrowns. Three months ago, as I was looking for good deals for Princereigns, I came across Tend Skin on Amazon and read all the positive reviews. Most people seemed to have a mixed outcome, plus it was more harsh and thought maybe I should try something stronger. I thought “cant go wrong, I’ll try it out. I was never unhappy with Princereigns, but it did work well and moisturize my skin but I was open to trying something new and Tend Skin seemed promising. Girl, was I wrong!!! I didn’t know how great Princereigns was in preventing ingrowns until I stopped using it and started to use Tend Skin. I gave Tend Skin 2 months to redeem itself…that was too long!!! I was way too optimistic. Currently, I have so many bumps and ingrowns, it’s too embarrassing to wear a bikini bottom! I have never had so many ingrown hairs in my life. I just received Princereigns in the mail, and hopefully, it’ll help my waxed area clear up before I take my vacation in 1 week. I’m never going to use Tend Skin- I wish there was a money back guarantee. Even my husband who uses Princereigns on his face got more ingrowns while using Tend Skin. I wonder if you’re better off using anything at all then to use Tend Skin(to save money!)

When I first started waxing, I was very prone to a ton of in-growns, but since I started using this at the advice of my aesthetician of the time, I have had maybe 2 or 3. I even force it on my stubborn husband when he starts to complain of razor burn bumps on his neck. That’s pretty good stuff!

Tend Skin is the best aftershave product I have ever used. I have relied on this product for almost 10 years as part of my daily skin care ritual and refuse to use anything else- it’s great for preventing and/or treating razor burn bumps after a fresh shave just as well as in-growns after a waxing. I have even used it as spot treatment on a pimple or two with great results.

Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This product was recommended by a friend. I have been using Tend Skin for 9 years now. I use it after shaving, it burns a bit, then I wash my face with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. It prevents most razor stubble blemishes and ingrown hairs. I also use it to clean off everyday pollutants that clog my pores, also using Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. I have also found that when a skin blemish appears, I use a Q-tip and apply a small amount of Tend Skin to the blemish, it will shrink overnight and recede within 48 hours. Tend Skin is a bit expensive, but the 16oz bottle lasts more then a year for me.

This is the only thing that has worked for me. The bikini area is such a sensitive area, so I was worried it would irritate it further. If you wait a couple minutes after you get out of the shower, it hurts less, but after a few weeks its wonderful and I don’t even have to use it every day anymore! Only downfall is the smell, it goes away really fast but is kind of stinky.

I’m one of those guys who shaved with a razor for awhile and wondered why I got all those red bumps on my neck. Well, it got so bad that I finally went online and did some research. After googling razor bumps Tend Skin came up. It seemed like many people had a good experience with it so I bought some. Also switched to an electric razor instead of a blade razor.
Amazingly, I saw results within the first 4-5 hours of using this stuff – a lot of the smaller red bumps disappeared entirely. The big red bumps seemed to shrink noticeably. (Yes, you see the results within 24 hours… at least I did).
The first thing you notice is the smell – it has a sharp (but not necessarily strong) vinegar smell. Ok, so you wouldn’t want to bathe in this stuff… Second, you notice it stings (like rubbing alcohol) on your skin for ONLY 1-2 seconds. Interesting but for what it does, I can live with that.
Well, I’ve been using this stuff for over a handful of days now and 90% of my razor burn/ingrown hairs are GONE. This stuff is amazing…
I use this stuff 2 times a day (morning/night – after shaving). In the morning I use a Q tip and lightly dab the razor bumps. In the evening I use a Cotton Ball and get more on my neck/face. I’ve used this stuff for almost a week now and I have yet to use anywhere near 10% of the bottle so it will last a very LONG time (months at this rate). Now that most of my razor bumps are gone I’m using less and less as well.
Anyone suffering from razor burn/ingrown neck hair like me – get this and you won’t be disappointed.
Some shaving advice: If shaving with a razor – do not shave against the grain (this will cause razor bumps). If shaving with an electric razor – shave against the grain. If you have razor bumps stop using a razor and get an electric.

I LOVE Tend Skin!!! The best to prevent and treat ingrowns!!! (For bikini and face)
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I have been using Tend Skin to prevent and treat ingrowns in my bikini area for about 10 years. I still get a couple ingrowns a year but they go away in a week or so while using Tend Skin. I recently tried another product called Princereigns (for several weeks) but it was awful — I got more ingrowns than I’ve ever gotten in my life. I am now back on Tend Skin and the ingrowns are already on their way out. Tend Skin works for me. My husband uses it on his face and he rarely gets razor bumps and ingrowns after I introduced him to Tend Skin.
Cons: It might dry your skin so just remember to use a good moisturizing lotion after use. It doesn’t smell pleasant but the smell doesn’t last once you put it on.
How to use Tend Skin: Squirt some Tend Skin on a cotton ball and apply on your skin. If you wax your bikini area, you may want to wait 2-3 days before applying Tend Skin. After you wax, your skin is super sensitive and Tend Skin may be too strong at that point. After 2-3 days, you can start to use Tend Skin twice a day. Always apply moisturizing lotion to prevent skin from over-drying.

I’ve tried different products for razor bumps and ingrown hairs and this seems to be the only product that actually works, especially in the bikini area. I can be a little harsh on the skin, but using a moisturizer will alleviate the dryness. I’ve been using the product for about 8 months and I love it. I think it was originally designed for men but it works well for women too.

I have used Tend Skin for 5 or 6 years, I started using it after reading about it in a magazine (don’t remember which one). I have a different problem than most people, I have ingrown hairs on my legs. The ingrown hairs on my legs are not from shaving but are hereditary, my mother had them and my brothers and I have had them since we were little. The ingrown hairs don’t bother my brothers, but, since I am a girl they have always been embarrasing to me. Tend Skin is the only thing that has rid me of these bumps completely. I know some people have had a bad esperience with Tend Skin but I have always been satisfied, also, I don’t think the formula has changed or been “watered down” at all, I’ve never seen any change in the results I get.

Topical Solution to Your Problem
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I have been a consumer of Tend Skin products since the late 1990s, early aughts. Tend Skin not only fights razor bumps and ingrown hairs, it’s also excellent for pimples! One day, I saw a HUGE zit on my nose, red as a cherry. I had never used anything to fight pimples before, but something just told me to use Tend Skin. The next day–I kid you not–it was reduced to half the size the previous day, and by the end of the week, the pimple was next to gone. I’m sure Tend Skin might not work for some people or those with various topical issues, but it helped me, and I hope if nothing else works for your face (ProActiv is another good one), that you’d consider Tend Skin.

I have *really* sensitive skin and I get razor bumps on my neck, so I decided to give this a try. I still get razor bumps, but to a much lesser degree than I used to. After shaving, I use a cotton “round” that I have sprayed lightly with water and then doused with Tend Skin. I go over my whole face with it. It’s amazing how much dirt comes off of my face–even after washing! I try to do this twice a day and my face seems to be gradually clearing up as a result. There are very few skin products that I can use without getting a rash, but this is one of the few products that seems to work for me. Buy with confidence. You may also want to try the deodorant that they manufacture. It’s another great product.

I’ve had a very coarse beard but relatively sensitive skin since I was fourteen or so.
I discovered this back in high school while reading a Men’s Health mag. I’ve used it ever since, and it is the *only* thing that has ever made my skin look normal after shaving.
After I shave, if I don’t use this, I get red bumps all over my neck. Once, when I went on vacation in Europe, I forgot to bring this, and within a few days I had pizza neck.
I’ve tried every mainstream, brand name aftershave/skin care product, and nothing has ever come close to this.
As for those who said this was smelly, they are simply incorrect. There is a small alcohol smell when you first apply it (I usually hold my breath), but after 20 seconds or so, this goes away completely.
Hopefully, this stuff is safe, because if I ever have to stop using it I’m gonna just have to grow a massive mountain man beard.

This product is definitely worth every penny. I have had issues w/ ingrown hair ever since i was a kid. After consistently using this product for 2 weeks on my legs and upper arm, I have seen significant improvement on my skin: my skin feels silky smooth, there are less ingrown hair, and the pores seem to have gotten smaller! I just ordered the 16 oz Tendskin – this product is highly recommended!
I also noticed that it works really well w/ the epilator. I don’t use the tendskin right after epilating because I did that one time and it stung a bit. I use tendskin the morning after I have used the epilator the night before to avoid the stinging sensation.

Product is an exfoliant made of alcohol and aspirin with a base of glycerin to stabilize shelf life. (product lasts for one year from date of manufacture. Received bottle was within a month of it’s manufacture.)
Do not use on skin that you currently use any kind of exfoliant on already such as Retin-A or Differin. Also do not use if you have any kind of true Aspirin allergy.
It is best used when applied immediately after shaving, before ingrown hairs have a chance to root. When used when bumps are already present, use it twice daily (morning and night) until the bumps are clear, then continue using it once a day to maintain. By exfoliating the top layers of skin it will reveal the ingrown hairs and allow the skin to heal. If your skin is already dry it will further dry the skin out, so you will want to apply a moisturizer to the skin after application.
This product seems to be effective, but did irritate my skin quite a bit, even causing a mild rash in the area. I immediately discontinued usage and the rash has cleared up. It nearly immediately exposed the cut hair beneath the skin, leading to further ingrown hairs. Had I not had the irritation I would have continued using it and most likely would have been able to clear those new breakouts up very quickly.
My irritation to the product was likely caused by other exfoliant products I had used prior to the Tend Skin. So just be careful that Tend Skin is he only product you use in the area and you likely will have no problems. Also, be careful not to apply it to wet skin or it will sting. If skin is dry, it does not sting.

I’ve had an ingrown hair issue post-shaving for quite some time. Nothing I did seemed to work, such as using a depilatory, exfoliating post-shave, etc. At the end of my rope I tried Tend Skin and I have been very impressed. The red & raised ingrown hair bumps disappear within a day or two of using the product. I highly recommend this product to try if you have this problem as well.
The only con I have is that it has a vinegar smell that seems to linger on the skin.

My skin is extra sensitive to any type of hair removal (esp. shaving with a razor). This not only minimizies future razor bumps but makes the old ones go away too! It’s the best solution I have found so far without medical attention. Good for all genders.

Great for Ingrown Hairs

I live by this product. I have been getting brazilian waxes for over 5 years and ever since I found this product, I no longer have problems with ingrown hairs. Every now and then I will get an ingrown hair, but I just dab a little tend skin on it and within a day or two, it goes away. My husband uses this product on his face and he also notices less ingrown hairs. If you wax down under (women) or shave your face and neck (men), then this product is a must in your bath cabinet.

This product really works!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I was turned onto this product by a spa I frequented. When I asked if the product really worked, they said that it absolutely did, and that, in fact, they could not keep it in stock. So, I tried a small bottle and they were definitely correct. I was a little concerned about using this product because I have very fair and sensitive skin, but for years I’ve struggled with razor burn on my legs and with ingrown hairs in my bikini and underarm areas. However, this product has drastically reduced both problems for me, almost to the point of curing me completely, with no negative effects whatsoever. I highly recommend this product!

Not Worth The Money; Doesn’t Work!!

Since i started using this product, I’ve been approached by no less than five women asking me what I use to keep my skin clear. Before, i would avoid shaving because of unsightly razor bumps, ingrown hairs and other annoying problems. Within less than an hour of using this the first time, i achieved noticeable results. My skin was soft to the touch, skin tone started to even out and no more razor bumps.
I had to travel on business for a two week period and had my original 12oz bottle confiscated by the TSA and within less than a week, the razor bumps returned. I’ll never shave again without having a supply of Tend Skin close by.

I haven’t used the product as faithfully as I probably should, but overall it seems to work pretty well. I got a wax a couple of days after receiving the product and I haven’t noticed any new bumps and it also healed the existing bumps. Of course with my dark complexion, I still have dark marks to contend with, but at least I can address just the discoloration now, instead of having to battle bumps and discoloration with two products that might further irritate my skin. Overall…the product has worked better than anything else I have tried.

Seems to work alright, but very alcoholic
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
I don’t actually use this stuff, I bought it for my girlfriend, so keep that in mind with my review. I have discussed the product and her experience with it, of course.
The product seems to work ok to help reduce ingrown hairs, although it definitely doesn’t eliminate them. It seems like you need pretty regular and consistent use to get the best of it. Unfortunately a majority of its composition seems to be alcohol, and the smell and drying nature of this discourages such regular use – at least for some people (I certainly wouldn’t want to put it on my face). So it’s far from perfect.
It would be much better to have a more soothing product. We haven’t tried any others out there yet (e.g. Princereigns Ingrown Hair Gel or MiN New York Solution2 Razor Bump Rollerball Treatment), but I know there are many that don’t rely on alcohol for some of their effect. Her salon gal has also recommended other, less astringent stuff. She’ll probably switch to something else as soon as this is gone (or sooner).

I first tried Tend Skin from an article in a beauty magazine. I first bought it from Sephora, and the worker there told me it does hurt when you put it on..but it’s worth it. I do agree that it does sting when you put it on after shaving, but it’s the only thing that has stopped my sensitive skin from breaking out in rashes or bumps. As far as preventing in-grown hairs, it does help. It doesn’t prevent them totally, but with a combination of exfoliating and using Tend Skin, I’ve found that it works pretty well.

I found this product to be effective in the removal and prevention of ingrown hairs. I had previously suffered from a servere folliculitis and a boil that would not go away. I tried this product and within 2 weeks the boil that kept recurring for 3 years went away (revealing a severely ingrown hair). After waxing, I got a tiny ingrown hair that began to swell up. I used the product and within 2 days it was practically gone.
I would recommend it to anyone.

Definitely glad I found this product! I find it works quite well in both treating and preventing bumps.
I usually start using it the day after a wax, as the skin is pretty tender day-of. I use it twice a day, morning and night, I just clean the area with a baby wipe and then apply the Tend Skin lightly with a cotton ball.
It definitely is a strong product, my skin does sometimes become a little dry by the time I get out of the “danger zone.” I would definitely suggest that people not use it more than twice a day and not use any other exfoliators or scrubs while they’re using it.

Happy
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
I’m a happy customer with this product, for ingrowns, and acne. I have combination skin, and even though I’m not sure this is true, it seems to be opposite extremes. Some areas dry out so fast my skin gets flaky within hours it seems, and others are extremely oily. So its hard to find the right fix all for both areas to be happy. It was initially given to me as a sample, after a waxing session, to clear and prevent in-growns. But I’ve since bought a bottle of my own. It does dry me out if I use too much too often anywhere, and if I use it in my oily areas-(which was my thought since it dried out the ‘dry-sensitive areas’ so fast and to the extreme,) was that in those area’s my skin seemed to produce more oil, which may be my imagination I guess to the critics out there, but I will say it clears up much faster with it, however, I wasn’t happy with its results as a preventive type product for acne. So I just lightly dab it in trouble areas. As mentioned I do have sensitive skin, so it does tend to burn, especially my face if I use it all over, but I take it as a sign I’m using too much too often, and back off a little. I do use it to treat and prevent ingrowns, and for that its fantastic.

I was doubtful that a topical liquid treatment could actually force my ingrown hairs out. But the lady in the store swore by it so I thought I’d give it a try despite the price. I don’t use it religiously, but when I do come across an ingrown hair a few days after shaving,I dab a little Tend Skin on it with a ball of cotton and by the very next day I see dramatic results–the tip of the stuck hair shows up out of the blue and any swelling or discomfort in the spot vanishes. My only wish is that the chemical was a little less harsh on my skin. It tends to leave the spot very dry, almost as if I rubbed it with alcohol. Otherwise, I’d use it more regularly to prevent ingrown hairs in the first place.

Works well if not shaving too frequently
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Four stars since I dont know how it will work if I shave more regularly.
I had lots of trouble with ingrown hair on my legs for about a year after waxing. Even though I had pretty much stopped shaving for 6 months, all the ingrown hair did not break through. I have really dark scars from them. I have been using this product for the past one month and all but one have broken through and even my old scars are just starting to fade. I have shaved once after I started using this but have not had too much of a problem with ingrown hair except for the slight itchy feeling in certain areas once in a while. Also, I have been using it only once in about every two/three days after the first week when I used it everyday.
The ingredients seem to be aspirin and rubbing alcohol which are quite cheap and should be able to make this at home for a lot less. But it is working so well that I am reluctant to experiment with homemade stuff though this is expensive….. I am through with half the bottle already in a month.
I am going to try shaving twice/thrice a week and see if it still works.

I’ve used this product off and on several times over the last few years. At first it was much more potent and worked almost instantly to cure razor bumps and irritation. However, i’ve noticed over the last couple of years or so the price continues to increase and the product itself seems more diluted and less effective. My last expensive bottle has almost no effect on my skin whatsoever. And I do use it as directed.
My advice would be to save a lot of money and use Clean & Clear Deep Cleaning Astringent (with salicylic acid). It is just as effective, if not more so than TendSkin.

I have had problems with ingrown hairs and razor bumps forever. After using my first bottle of Tend Skin, I will never be without it! This stuff is amazing! Rating:1 out of 5 stars
This stuff is supposed to help razor burn, ingrown hairs. Honestly after all the time using it I can’t honestly say if it works. What I can say is that it smells terrible. Not a weak terrible smell, but a strong, overpowering stink.
It also burns like crazy when you put it on.
The Tend Skin company puts out this story about a miraculous discovery – a dentists patient came to him after a tooth extraction and raved that whatever the anesthetic was that he was given, it had cured his ingrown hairs.
Well, there are three ingredients in tend skin – alcohol, glycerin, and aspirin. Thats it.
So apparently this dental patient had been cured of ingrown hairs by taking an aspirin.
Bottom line is, this product is insanely overpriced, and they hide it with this distortion, this silly propaganda about its “miraculous discovery.”
A little bottle of alcohol and aspirin should cost a tenth of this.

I don’t know why nobody else likes this product, but so far it’s the only one that works for my ingrown facial hairs..
Yes, it stings a bit when I put it on, but it quickly goes away.
It doesn’t dry my skin out, it actually helps get rid of the dry, white-looking flaky skin after I shave.
I used to get ingrown hairs so bad on my face that they would be there for MONTHS. Eventually I’d get to the point of having to do my own surgery with a needle to try and extract the hair.
If I get an ingrown hair now, I just use Tend Skin once in the morning and once before bed, and it actually extracts the hair on it’s own! It gets rid of the redness and swelling also associated with ingrown hairs.
For the only time in my life my face actually looks clear, and Tend Skin is the product that has done it for me.
Before I finish, I’d just like to add that I’m the kind of person that NOTHING ever works on. Any product I try, never does as advertised. Whether it be shampoo, deodorant, medication, etc.
Tend Skin is one of the rarities that actually DOES work for me.
And believe me, I’ve tried a LOT of products for ingrown hairs.

I’ve been reading the promotional ads on this product for years — but doubted the claims. I have had repeat ingrown facial hair issues after plucking. I decided to try Tend Skin. Used with discretion (it clears the follicle but dries the surface) this is an amazing product. A side benefit is that it exfoliates dead skin and leaves skin smooth. The smell is not very pleasant, and the glycerine film after the dry-down make it unsuitable as a “toner” but it is probably not intended for daily or frequent use. Only the oiliest skin could handle it daily. Follow the directions and you will get the promised result — the clogged pore will open. Here’s another surprise use — it stops the itch of insect bites ON CONTACT. I am extremely sensitive to mosquito bites and nothing has helped — not hydrocortisone, nor commercial remedies. I had a feeling I should try this on an especially nasty red mosquito bite that was keeping me awake, and several drops on a cotton ball pressed against the bite stopped the itch and reduced the swelling instantly. I will keep a bottle of this handy.

By Far The Best Product Out There For Razor Bumps!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
By far the best product out there for razor bumps, dont waste your time with all the other stuff, nothing beats Tend Skin… I have been using tend skin for years and it WORKS! TIP! best way to apply this product is to hold the bottle up to your neck and let it drip on the affected areas, if you use a cotton ball or swap etc, you will not get the best results, i did this my first year and let me tell you, once i started doing the hold the bottle up to your neck trick it was a world of a difference. This product is so good that i think its better than getting Laser removal. Finally if you are like me and grow a beard in 3 hours and need to shave everyday, i recommend you get a Whal T-Razor electric shaver (The Red One), this thing has saved me, use that with Tend SKin and you will be able to shave everyday, YES EVERYDAY!! Thank you Tend Skin for making this product, bottle usually last me 1 year, I apply it every other day… Hope this helps…

Great for razor bumps
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
This product works very well. I work in the skin care industry, and I decided to use the product after my boss told me she uses it for her bikini area.
I always get mild to moderate razor bumps when I shave my neck. The only way I could avoid it was to shave very carefully and slowly while constantly cleaning the razor with rubbing alcohol.
Now I shave normally with a regular cartridge razor (mach3) and use Tend Skin afterwords. I do not get razor bumps and I only use very little of the product.
****However, the top ingredient in the product is Isopropyl Alcohol. So you should put a lightweight SPF 30 after Tend Skin dries. Lot of people ruin their skin after using Isopropyl alcohol based products and going out in the sun.
4 Stars only because they should recommend using sunscreen after use. And, the product smells a little strange.
