Contains a physician formulated blend of soothing, aromatic herbs and can be used warmed in your microwave, misted for moist heat, or cold from the freezer. The Botanical Fresh 6 In 1 Herbal Shoulder Wrap- comes in a stay-fresh reuseable bag. This multi-purpose herbal pack is great for relieving neck and shoulder tension, PMS, low back pain, joint discomfort and headaches/TMJ. Instructions: Heat Therapy- Heat in the microwave on high setting for 1 to 2 minutes. Increase by 30 seconds at a time if necessary. Always check the temperature of your herbal pack with your hands before using. Overheating may cause burns. For moist heat therapy, sprinkle with water before heating. Cold Therapy- Mist your herbal pack with water, place the pack in its stay-fresh package and put in the freezer for at least 1 hour. To Clean- Wipe with damp cloth, and lay flat to dry.
